PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (SURGE)- WIFI.JK, agreed to distribute dividends on profits earned in 2023. This decision to distribute dividends was ratified through the Company's Annual GMS which was held at the Company's Meeting Hall.

The Company distributes dividends of 4.3% of the total net profit obtained in the 2023 financial year.

As for the audit report for the period ending 31 December 2023, the Company's Total Assets increased by 11.1% from Rp. 1.4 trillion in 2022 to IDR 1.56 trillion in 2023. Meanwhile, the Company's equity also increased by 21.2% from IDR. 612.7 billion in 2022 to 742.6 billion in 2023. The company achieved total net income of IDR 439.3 billion and managed to maintain a net profit for the year of IDR 58.3 billion in 2023.

Meanwhile, in the telecommunications business segment and advertising business segment, the Company recorded very significant business growth, namely growth of 225% and 37.5% respectively. In the future, the telecommunications segment will become the main engine of the Company's business and become the main contributor to financial performance. The Company is optimistic that it can continue to improve its performance in the telecommunications business segment in line with the realization of strategic collaborations with various stakeholders in the telecommunications industry. Apart from that, the recorded EBITDA achievement for 2023 was IDR 229.4 billion or an increase of 50.42% compared to the previous year of IDR 152.5 billion.
